The Westmark Hotel and Conference Center is a full amenity hotel conveniently located in downtown Fairbanks offering a Restaurant, two Business Centers, Fitness Center, Gift Shop and Laundry Facility on site. Westmark has Room Service and FREE WIFI throughout hotel lobby and North Tower.

Room Rates includes a complimentary hot/cold Continental Breakfast.
~ Standard Rooms = $74.00 (2 Queen or 1 King bed)
~ Suites = $89:00 (optional) (2 Queen or 1 King bed)

• There will be an additional $15.00 fee for more than two occupants per room not to exceed four occupants.
• Room tax rate is currently 8%.
• Conference attendees are responsible for room costs, tax and incidentals.
• Westmark will honor conference room rate 3 days prior to the event and 3 days after the event scheduled for Feb 22-26 (pending availability).

Reservation Deadline for Conference Rate

• Early Bird registration for the hotel begins now through February 1, 2012.
• Early birds name goes in a drawing for a special prize.
• Last day to register for the conference special rates is Monday, February 7, 2012.
• Staying at the conference hotel helps AKLA meet conference costs by giving AkLA one complimentary night for every 50 paid guest nights. The complimentary nights are used to provide accommodation for invited speakers. Please help us to met our goal!

Transportation From and To Airport
Please note that there is no complimentary shuttle service to and from the Fairbanks International Airport. See Local Transportation for options.
