Subject: Election of Chair

In accordance with Section IV-5 of the AkLA Handbook of Policies and
Procedures, the Chair of the Documents Roundtable serves a two year term
beginning in even numbered years. The election is held just before the annual
business meeting. It is therefore time to begin the election process. I have
agreed to oversee this election.

The current Chair, Anastasia Tarmann Lynch, has indicated an interest in
serving another term. Therefore I place her name in nomination. Additional
nominations are in order and may be placed by contacting me or this listserv.
Nominations will close at noon February 21.
