Hello,

     AkLA-A has a table for ten to support our Dewey Decimators.  The tickets for the table are $10 per seat.  Seven tickets have already been purchased so there are 3 seats left.  Join Nina Prockish, Kathy Kiddell, Karen Keller, Marie Lundstrom, Mollie Bynum, Sallie Bynum and Stetson Momosor in cheering our spellers, Nancy Clark, Rick Henderson, and Talia Soto.

     One AkLA-A member has purchased the $100 word pass.  Another member has contributed $30 towards the 2nd word pass for $200.  We will "pass the word pass hat" at the meeting on Thursday, October 9th, at 4:15 for further contributions.  If you wish to contribute toward a word pass and cannot attend the meeting on the 9th, please contact prockish@alaska.net
