ALA has set up their DTV toolkit online at http://www.ala.org/ala/washoff/woissues/techinttele/dtv/DTVToolkit/DTVToolkit.cfm

It looks <very> complete and includes links to a speakers bureau and an e-mail form for requesting printed brochures, among other things. I assume they will keep updating it also.
